————————Admissions & Recruitment expands efforts in hospitality and reception————————In the next 6 weeks Andover Newton’s Admissions & Recruitment team willtake over responsibility for the Dabney reception area, making it a fullpart of their operations. As the school seeks to be more pro-active inits recruitment efforts and leverage its staff as effectively aspossible, this action was embraced as a valuable step forward. SeanPorter and Nancy Nienhuis shared: “We believe it is critical thatprospective students feel immediately and warmly welcomed by theAdmissions and Recruiting staff, and that has been difficult to achievewhen we’re on the 2nd floor–they have to find us first! Byincorporating the Dabney reception area into our office we will extendthe gift of hospitality to people as soon as they enter the front doorof the building, something that is a critical part of what we’re tryingto achieve.”
